The “Step – Up”, Communication Training Program Inauguration was organized on 17.05.2023 in Paavai Group of Institutions. The programme started with the Prayer Song. The programme was headed by the Chairman of the Institutions, Mr. CA N V Natarajan. The Chief Guest of the Day was Ms. Sheetaal Gandhi, Communication Trainer, Kanan Incorporation.

The Chief Guest and the Chairman of the Paaavai Group of Institutions, along the dignitaries lit the Kuthuvilakku.

Ms. Suwathini Sree, First Year Computer Science Engineering student gave the Welcome Address. The Chairman of the Institutions, Mr. CA N V Natarajan gave the Presidential Address. He spoke about the company recruitment process, the importance of communication in the same. He motivated the students to learn and utilize the facilities such as various language training and become employable to get a minimum salary of 10 lakhs per month.

Ms. Sheetal Gandhi gave the Key Note Address of the Day. She insisted on the importance of Communication and the steps to improve the same. She insisted on the importance of the current training program organized by her and its major role in the student’s placement. She finished her speech with a story about an elephant how it got used to the chain that was tied to the elephant when it was 8 years old. And she related to the inhibitions of the students in developing themselves due to certain situations that occurred in their life and how to overcome it in order to develop and upskill themselves.

Finally, Ms Sruthika, First Year Information Technology student gave away the Vote of Thanks.

In this function the Placement Head Mr. R.Thamaraiselvan along with the Principal of various Paavai Colleges, HOD’s, Professors and students participated in the function.
