Placement Day function was conducted on 13.04.2017 at paavai Institutions.Shri.N.V.Natarajan,Chairman,Paavai Institutions, presided over the function.Thiru.Rajasekar selvanayagam, HR.Chief Manager, Renault Nissan was the chief guest.Selvi.Monica, 3^rdyear Information Technology welcomed the gathering.
The Chief Guest in his keynote address appreciated and congratulated those students who have got placement order.He suggested that the future engineers and entrepreneurs should fix a goal and try to work towards achieving the goal.They should be prepared to face the challenges to have long term vision and to be balanced at any situation.They should equip themselves to fulfill the expectations of the companies by developing the skills like positive thinking, self -confidence, leadership quality and team spirit in addition to discipline and knowledge.They should acquire the habit of completing the work within the stipulated time.They should always think about obtaining promotion by the abilities like widening knowledge, learning continuously, working smart, choosing challenging projects, learning new things, etc.. moreover, they should be duty-conscious, trustworthy and they should work for the profit of the company and for the pride of the company.
Neat to the chief guest’s speech, the chief guest and the other dignitaries gave away the placement orders for 1857 students who have been placed in many leading companies like Infosys, HCL, Wipro, CTS, TCS, etc…
Shrimathi.Mangai Natarajan,correspondent,paavai Institutions felicitated the students. Earlier, Mrs.Mahalakshmi, placement Department, introduce the chief guest. Thiru.S.Srinivasan, Director, placement read out the list of the placed students and the achievements of the placement department for the academic year 2016-2017 . Finally Selvi.Vishnushri delivered the vote of thanks.
