Mupperum Vila

The Muperum Vizha was conducted by department of Agriculture, Paavai Engineering College on 29.01.2018 at Field and JRD Tata Hall.
The function was started by Smt.R.Sivagami and Smt.Mangai Natarajan by enlighting the Kuthuvilakku in M.S.Swamynathan field Research lab and Agro meterological lab.Harvesting of paddy was initiated by Dr.M.Ramaswami and followed by the first year students of Agricultural Engineering.
The conference was held at JRD Tata hall by 11.00 a.m. It was initiated by prayer song and Kuthuvilakku was enlightened by Smt.R.Sivagami, Smt.Mangai Natarajan and other dignitaries. The Welcome address was delivered by K.K.Ramasamy, Director Admin, Paavai Institutions. The presidential address was given by our Chairman CA.N.V.Natarajan. He spoke about agriculture system in foreign countries and farmers condition in India.
Dr.M.Ramaswami, Raasi seeds private ltd, Attur spoke about farmers condition and Mechanization. The conference was started by Swamy Aadhmandha

Saraswathi on his idea about cow economy. He gave information about cowdungs and its urine, Panchakaviyam and Indigenous cow.
Next, Mr.K.P.subramanian gave his experience in the field of agriculture. Mr.G.R.Sakthivel gave his ideas on organic farming and his own innovations. He also gave his experience on using fertilizers.
Following the workshop culturals was started by the students. Students depicted the culturals with fame and glory of our mother tongue and stardom of farmers through their dance, songs and uriadithal.
Mrs.Avanti Natarajan, Director – Student Affairs, Mr.Rajavel, Director – The Art Brew, Mr.T.R.Palanivel, Secretary, Mr.N.Ramakrishnan, Treasurer, Dr.K.K.Ramasamy, Director – Administration, Mr.K.Senthil, Director – Admissions, Principals, Deans, Hods’ and students graced the occasion.
