With great pride, Paavai Educational Institutions presented “INVIGORATE ’26 – Strengthen to Soar” on 12.01.2026 at SLV Grand Palace, Malliakarai – a purposeful initiative aimed at rekindling thought leadership, professional balance, and transformative vision among our educators.Around 575 faculty members participated in the Faculty Rejuvenation programme.
The programme was enriched by distinguished speakers and trainers who brought insight, inspiration, and experiential depth. Mr. Prakash outlined the future roadmap for educators in the age of Artificial Intelligence, Mrs. Vijaya Ramkumar shared meaningful perspectives on work-life balance and sustainable excellence, Mr. Prabu inspired a proactive mindset of self-starters and achievers, and Ms. Alice Prema Andrew empowered participants to sharpen their strengths, shine with confidence, and lead with purpose. Adding a dynamic experiential dimension, Mr. Suthir and his team delivered impactful outbound training that fostered teamwork, resilience, and leadership in action.
