The Placement Day celebration was held at Paavai Educational Institutions on 30.04.2026 at Anandha Arangam. The event was presided over by the Founder and Chairman, Shri CA. N. V. Natarajan, who delivered the presidential address. The special guest for the occasion was Mr. Pari, retired Inspector General of Police, Western Zone.
The event commenced with a welcome address by Mr. Ajmal Thasheen, a final-year student of Paavai Engineering College. The Correspondent of Paavai Educational Institutions, Mrs. Mangai Natarajan, delivered the felicitation address.
Following this, the chief guest, Mr. Pari, Inspector – General of Police (Retd.) delivered his special address. In his speech, he said:
“My congratulations to all of you who have received job offers as the next step in your life journey. This is a very special day for you. As you move on to work in leading companies, you will begin to experience the realities of life. Whatever the organization may be, as you start your career, make sure to gain complete work experience. Experience is the foundation of your professional growth.
Whatever task you take up, treat it as your own work and complete it with dedication, focus, and full effort. Professional commitment, honesty, and trust are essential in your work. Develop your job-related skills fully. Through your hard work, you should become indispensable to your organization. With your unique talents, you can grow personally and also contribute to the growth of your company.
You must gain complete expertise in your core field. When it comes to career advancement, apply everything you have learned in practice. At the same time, strengthen your understanding of fundamental concepts of science and technology. Adapt yourself to the work culture and environment of your organization and perform thoughtfully while implementing innovative ideas.
Always strive to contribute beyond expectations in your job—it will support your growth. Only when you realize your full potential and act upon it can you become successful in life. Earlier, the Founder and Chairman, Auditor Natarajan, honored the chief guest with a memento.
Subsequently, the chief guest and the Chairman distributed job offer letters to 3,124 students who secured placements in leading companies such as Tech Mahindra, Infosys, HCL, Wipro, CTS, TCS, and others.
The event concluded with a vote of thanks by Ms. Swathinisri, a final-year Computer Science Engineering student of Paavai Engineering College, followed by the national anthem.
