The Orientation programme started on 06.04.2022 with the Inauguration function by lighting the Kuthuvillaku by Smt. Mangai Natarajan, Correspondent, Paavai Institutions. Welcome address was given by Dr. Hepsi Rachel, Principal, Paavai College of Nursing and Research. The Inaugural address was delivered by Shri. CA.V. Natarajan,Sir, Chairman, Paavai group of Institutions, followed by felicitation by Smt. Mangai Natarajan, Mam, Correspondent, Paavai Institutions. The programme was held for three days as per the schedule.
On 06.04.2022 the first session of “Paavai Culture” was delivered by Dr. K. Selvi, Mam, Dean Academics, afterwards Dr. Praveen Kumar, Pharma HOD, PEC presented a topic on “The right choice for promising future” followed by the “Value education” by Dr. K. Subashini, professor, HOD, Faculty Development Department.
The final session of the day “Yoga” was demonstrated by Mr. Elavarasan, Yoga trainer.
On the second day (07.04.2022) “Communication skills” was delivered by Dr. K. Shanthi, HOD English Dept, followed by a lecture “ASK (Attitude, Knowledge and Skill) you will get it” presented by Dr. Premkumar,Sir, Principal, PEC. The next Session “Time Management” was presented by Prof. Dr. Sundharamoorthy, PEC. In the afternoon “Be a Winner” was presented by Dr. Bhanumathi, HOD, PEC.
On the last day (08/04/2022) the morning session “Be a Professional” was presented by Dr. R. Mohanapriya, Associate Professor, ECE Department, PEC. The next session was handled by Dr. C. Loganathan, H.O.D, A.V. , Paavai Institutions on the Topic “Lifeskills”.
The valedictory function was ended by getting the feedback from each student and evaluated by correspondent Madam. The vote of thanks was proposed by a paramedical student. The programme ended with National Anthem.
