The Rotract club of Paavai Engineering College Inauguration was held at 3.00 pm on 16.03.17 at the college premises organized by MBA Department, Paavai Engineering College, Pachal, Namakkal. The Chief Guest to this function was Rtn.T.Shanmugasundaram, Dist Governor, Salem District. Shri.CA.N.V.Natarajan, Chairman, Paavai Institutions, presided over the function. The Inauguration started with Rotract Prayer. Smt.N.Mangai Natarajan, Correspondent, Paavai Institutions, lighted the Kuthuvilakku along with dignitaries. Rtn.P.R.Kumaresh President of Rotract club of Salem Galaxy welcomed the gathering. The district governor of Rotary, Salem did the installation of Paavai Rotract president to Mr.P.Neriyalagan, I-MBA. The Rotract President delivered the acceptance speech. He took the oath that the Paavai Rotract will execute the best social service for the people. Also they planned to conduct Blood donation camp, Eye camp and Aids awareness program in Paavai Premises. The President of Paavai Rotract did the installation of Office Bearers. The Chairman delivered the Guest of Honor. He explained the need of social service and insists the Paavai Rotract members to have full involvement for doing social service. He also insisted the students to clean the Pachal Lake to the benefits for Pachal village. Then the District Governor Rtn T.Shanmugasundaram addressed the gathering. He explained the Rotary History, Service & Contribution all over the world. He pointed out that the Rotary has struggled lot to eradicate the Polio & also their success in that in all over the world. The Chairman presented the Momento to the chief guest. The Principals of various colleges in Paavai Institutions, Deans, MBA Faculties & Former members of Rotary Club took part in the Function. Finally the program concluded with the vote of thanks proposed by Ms. M.Kiruthika, Secretary Paavai Rotract.
