The Placement Day was celebrated on 30.04.2024 in Paavai Educational Institutions. The programme started with the Prayer Song and it was headed by the Chairman of the Institutions, Mr. CA.N.V.Natarajan. The Chief Guest of the Day was Shri.Jayaraman Gnanavadivel, Director – Ola Electric Mobility, Ms. V.Shanmathi, Final Year Electronics and Communication Engineering student gave the Welcome Address. The Chairman of the Institutions, Mr.CA.N.V.Natarajan honoured the Chief Guest with the Memento and he gave the Presidential Address.
Shri.Jayaraman Gnanavadivel gave the Key Note Address of the Day. He Spoke about the Cleanliness of the campus and Rainwater harvesting. He emphasised the importance of parents in every student’s life. He strongly believes that the parents are the driving force for every student life. He expressed about the importance of core companies, corporate behaviour, and Demographic dividend. He shared his childhood memories, college life and his corporate culture. He conveyed some of his thoughts regarding faster growing Electric Vehicle Sectors (EV Sector), where the need of transition from fossil fuels to other renewable energy is required and growing Pharmaceutical industries. He emphasized the Demand Based Learning Outcomes such as Lithium Ion Battery production and Recycling of Batteries. He congratulated the students for getting many offers from various companies. He proudly said that out of 4000 employee OLA Electric have appointed 3500 women employee. In future, He envisioned that the automobile industry is going to be women centric company and He expressed his gratitude towards Paavai Institution.
The Chief Guest and the Chairman of the Paavai Educational Institutions, distributed the job offer letters of various companies like Hexaware Technologies, Tata Consultancy Services, Tech Mahindra, Hitachi to 3246 placed students.
The Correspondent of Paavai Educational Institutions, gave away the Felicitation Address.
Finally, Mr V.RoshanKumar Final year Bio Medical Engineering student gave away the Vote of Thanks. The programme was whole heartedly concluded with the National Anthem.
In this function the Director – Admin Dr.K.K.Ramaswamy, Admission Director Mr.K.Senthil and the Placement Head Dr.R.Thamaraiselvan along with the Principal of various Paavai Colleges, HOD’s, Professors and students participated in the function.
