The Placement Day was celebrated on 19.04.2023 in Paavai Group of Institutions. The programme started with the Prayer Song. The programme was headed by the Chairman of the Institutions, Mr. CA.N.V.Natarajan. The Chief Guest of the Day was Mr. Joshua David, India Campus Lead of Mphasis Limited., Ms. Shri Darshini, Final Year Electronics and Communication Engineering student gave the Welcome Address. The Chairman of the Institutions, Mr. CA N V Natarajan honoured the Chief Guest with the Memento and he gave the Presidential Address.
Mr. Joshua David gave the Key Note Address of the Day. He told that he was impressed on seeing the students with their company offer letters. Rather than beginning, ending is the most important. So everyone should work whole heartedly, with interest do all the works. Beyond salary, once search towards job and the growth in the job is most important. Learning is the continuous process, which will take you to greater heights despite the challenges and competitions. You will gain the ability to innovate and invent new things. The Google was found out by the engineers like you which help us in most of the way. Scientists are those who discover which is already exist but Engineers invent new thing. The inventions will help the society in the future. So understand your ability and potential to work towards your progress. Don’t wait for the opportunities, rather create one. For that you must able to manage time efficiently. Learn the basics of Engineering and Technology related to your job clearly. Prepare yourself based on the culture and situation prevailing in work place. Along with it improve your language and communication ability with confidence. With humanity live happily. He wished everyone to become achievers.
The Chief Guest and the Chairman of the Paavai Group of Institutions, distributed the job offer letters of various companies like Tech Mahindra, Infosys, HCL, Wipro, TCS, CTS to 2620 placed students.
The Correspondent of Paavai Group of Institutions, gave away the Felicitation Address.
Finally, Ms M.J.Safa Faren Third year Bio Medical Engineering student gave away the Vote of Thanks. The programme was whole heartedly concluded with the National Anthem.
In this function the Director – Admin Dr.K.K. Ramaswamy, Admission Director Mr. K. Senthil and the Placement Head Mr. R.Thamaraiselvan along with the Principal of various Paavai Colleges, HOD’s, Professors and students participated in the function.
