Day One- Journey Starts:
Paavai Engineering College (Autonomous) organized beyond boundaries training program for MBA and B.Ed. students from 4th January 2024 to 6th January 2024 at Yercaud. The Inaugural Programme was started with the prayer song and the gathering was welcomed by Dr. M. Premkumar, Principal Paavai Engineering College. Inaugural address was given by Chairman Shri. CA. N.V. Natarajan, Paavai institutions and Correspondent Smt. N. Mangai Natarajan, Paavai institutions. Mrs. Sheetal Gandhi, JC International Trainer, Business Coach, Professional Trainer and Career Consultant, gave keynote address.
Day Two:
The second day started earlier as the students were about to start their Journey towards hills (i.e.) trekking. The students embraced the beauty of nature, even though the path seems hard to climb, they had a sprit to reach their destination. The title of the first session is “The Mirror” as the name says the session helped the students to make self-analysis and know oneself. The students had a lot of activities to enhance focus and team spirit. The students also learnt importance of making affirmations to achieve a goal. The students also got exposure measures to overcome unproductive habits. In the evening many games was conducted in the outdoor.
Glass Walking Game gave new experience to the students. Then students were given time to prepare for camp fire program. After dinner, every students were performed in the campfire program and showcased their individual talents in the form of dancing, singing, and storytelling as well as through mime. At the end of the program, students, faculties, chairman, correspondent, trainer took pledge for the sake of goodness.
Day Three:
On the third day morning, the students had an energetic Zumba dance with the trainer, and the trainer explained about the importance of Team strategy through many team building activities. At the afternoon, the valedictory function was conducted in which the best performers were rewarded with cash price. Feedback were given by the students for the three days training program.
Outcome:
The outcome of “BEYOND BOUNDARIES” training program helps the students to learn to work in team, managing time, spirit of completing a task with enthusiasm, productivity and importance of goal setting and to achieve it.
