Inauguration of association of all departments was held in Paavai Engineering College, Namakkal, on 30.07.2016. Dr.Ganapathi Manickam, Former Vice President, Tech Mahindra, was the Chief Guest and the Chairman of Paavai Institutions, CA.N.V.Natarajan presided over the function. The function started with the lighting of the kuthuvizhaku by the Correspondent Mrs.Mangai Natarajan. Dr.K.K. Ramasamy, Director Administration, Dr.M.Premkumar, Principal, Mr.S.Srinivasan, Director Operations, participated in the inauguration. Ms.V.Ramya, second year EEE welcomed the gathering & Dr.R.Arangasamy, HOD / ECE introduced the Office bearers.
In the presidential address, the Chairman of Paavai Institutions explained the importance of soft skills and academic activities towards placements. He insisted on planning in order to reach great heights, the importance of conducting more conferences and symposiums, to share their knowledge with their friends and to interact with eminent persons who deliver guest lectures and workshops.
The Chief Guest explained the importance of knowledge and how it creates the revolution in a particular sector. He added that the association is also a knowledge sharing forum that motivates the students towards creativity. He insisted the importance of building aircraft that help to improve our nation economically and it creates network collaboration and accelerates our nation to greater heights.
Ms.A.Tharini, third year ECE, enumerated the association activity chart for the year 2016-2017. Finally, Ms.S.Kavya, the third year ECE proposed the vote of thanks.
