Paavai College of Engineering - Inauguration of the Society of All Departments

Inauguration of the Societies of Automobile, Civil, CSE, ECE, EEE and Mechanical Engineering Departments was held in Paavai College of Engineering, Namakkal, on 06.08.2016. Mr.R. Ananda Kumar, DGM – Quality Engineer, Schwing Stetter India Ltd., was the Chief Guest and Mr. CA.N.V.Natarajan, Chairman of Paavai Institutions presided over the function. Prof. S. Vishnu Priya, HOD / Civil Engineering introduced the Vice Presidents, Student Secretaries and Office Bearers of all the departments with a teaser. The function proceeded with the lighting of kuthuvizhaku by Mrs.Mangai Natarajan, Correspondent, Paavai Educational Institutions. Dr.K.K.Ramasamy, Director Administration, Mr.S.Srinivasan, Director Operations, Dr.M.Devi, Principal, Paavai College of Engineering participated in the inauguration.

Ms. T. Janaranjani, III Year – Civil welcomed the gathering.

In the presidential address, the Chairman of Paavai Institutions explained the Importance of English Communication in a simple way and academic activities towards placements. He insisted the students conduct more conferences and symposiums, to share their knowledge with their friends and to interact with eminent persons.

Mr.R.Santhosh kumar of III year Civil Engineering introduced the chief guest.

The Chief Guest in his inaugural address elaborated the importance of improving the Communication Skills and Punctuality. He emphasized the concept of IBA (Imagine-Believe-Act) to achieve the goal. He added that the association is also a knowledge sharing forum that motivates the students towards creativity.

Prof.A.Immanuvel, HOD/ECE   led the oath taking ceremony.

The Correspondent Mrs.Mangai Natarajan felicitated the gathering by her motivational speech and appreciated the gathering.

Ms. G. Roshini, III year CSE, enumerated the Association Activity Chart for the year 2016-2017. Finally, Ms. K. Shobana, second year civil proposed the vote of thanks.
