Inauguration of the society of Aero, Agri, Civil, Chemical, CSE, ECE, EEE, IT, MECH, MCT, MCA & MBA departments was held at Paavai Engineering College, Namakkal, on 19.08.2017. Shri.CA.N.V.Natarajan, Chairman, Paavai Institutions, presided over the function. Dr.S.Sankar, Council Member of NAFEMS and Dr.N.Sekarpandian, Scientist – SABIC Research and Technology Pvt. Ltd., Bangalore, were the chief guests. The function started with the lighting of the kuthuvizhaku by Shmt.N.Mangai Natarajan, Correspondent, Paavai Instituitions. The Chief Guest, Dr.S.Sankar, inaugurated the association. In his speech, he motivated the students to utilize this association and to invent new things which will be useful for the society. The students should update their knowledge by searching for new concepts. He told the students to think differently which leads them to do things differently. The Guest of Honor, Dr.N.Sekarpandian, motivated the students and gave suggestions to do the research. Director Admin, Deans, Principals, COEs and Heads of various departments, Faculty members and students participated in the inauguration function. Ms. Ankitha Sreekumar, II Year –CSE, welcomed the gathering, Ms.M.Monika & Mr.A.KishoreChowdary, IV Year – IT, introduced the chief guests and Dr.R.Arangasamy, HoD/ECE introduced the office bearers of the society. Finally, Ms.V.Narmadha, II Year – ECE proposed the vote of thanks.
