Paavai Educational Institutions celebrates Annual Day on 07.05.2022

The Annual Day of Pavai Educational Institutions was held on 07.05.2022 at Kalpana Chawla Open Arena.  The function commenced with the prayer song and Tamilthai Vazhthu. 

Shri.CA.N.V.Natarajan, Chairman, Paavai Institutions welcomed the gathering and presided over the function.  In his presidential address, he said that he felt proud to see the discipline and serenity of Paavai students at this year’s celebration, which combined the blessings of God and nature. He proudly announced that in the academic year 2021-22, Paavai Engineering College has been ranked 10^thin the enrollment of students in Tamil Nadu, has won the title of Champion of Champions for the 6^thconsecutive year at the state level, Anna University and has also secured All India first rank consecutively for three years in Internsala.  He further said that more than 2000 students are employed in leading core companies like Wipro, D.C.S.,Tech Mahindra and Infosys.  He directed the students to discipline their talents and time at young age, which will be of great benefit to their future and to the society.  He then wished them all to shine like pearls and gems in the years to come, on the crown of our Paavai College, which is full of victories.

The Chairman of Paavai Institutions honoured the special guest, former Superintendent of Police, Indian Police Service, Trichy, Mr. A. Kaliyamoorthy with shawl and memento. The guest of honour delivered the keynote address. In his speech, he said that corresponding to the achievers like Alexander, Newton and Queen Jhansi, who had many achievements in their youth, the chairman of Paavai Institutions too have achieved his young age dream in a very successful mode. He added that students of Paavai are richly blessed with the education which manifests itself in many dimensions as wealth to the poor, ornament to the rich, and light to the home, and nurtures equality among human beings.  He then advised the student community to learn such a superior education with pride, diligence and commitment, considering the sacrifices of their parents, the hard work of the teachers and the great efforts of the management and not to spend time in the cell phone, the light of which has driven many families to the dark.  He added that education alone shall accompany them to the cessation in the journey of life and will be a crutch when they are helpless and powerless.  He concluded his speech by stating that mind has the clout to attract the positive thoughts to itself like a magnet and so with intellect students can achieve in this universe as what they ruminate.  He heartily congratulated all the students to conquer the world with the weapon of books and flourish in this society as great men and leaders.
