Paavai Chanakaya-2017

The three days training program was conducted from 17.04.2017 to 19.04.2017 on the topic “Paavai Chankya’17” by MBA department, Paavai Engineering College, Pachal, Namakkal at Yercaud. The chief trainer for the training program was Mr.J.Karthik ,Jaycee International club and his team . Shri.CA.N.V.Natarajan, Chairman, Paavai Institutions, presided over the function. The training program started with the prayer song. Miss.P.Divya, I-MBA welcomed the gathering. The chairman inaugurated the function and he explained the need of the training program with the presentation on ‘Paavai Chankya’17’. Next, the chief trainer Mr.J.Karthik addressed the gathering. He introduced his co trainer Mrs.Sridevi and Mr.Sudhir Menon. They discussed about the various topic as Branding, Etiquette, Vision, Mission, Goal, Decision making in case study, Effective Team Management, Strategy & Tactics. They conducted more management games, adventure activities, self assessment tests and camp fire. The students went for trekking to nearby hill at early morning on 19.04.17. The students were so impressed out of these three days training. Finally, the Chairman and Correspondent have come to the valediction of the training program. The Chairman sir delivered the valedictory address and asked the students to give their own feedback about the three days training program., Dr.M.Premkumar, Principal, Mr.M.Mohan HOD /chemistry, Mrs.P.Rekha Preethi, HOD/MBA and the faculty members of MBA department took part in the training program. At last, the students thanked the management for providing such a wonderful platform for them.
