On 31st August 2018, a special address on “Pennae Perumai kol” was conducted in in Anandha Arangam at 2.00 pm. The programme commenced with the prayer song. Ms. M. Soundarya of I M.Sc. Mathematics welcomed the gathering. The Chairman of Paavai Institutions honoured the guest speaker with shawl and in his presidential address, he insisted the students to bring out their inner qualities which will strengthen their lives. He also assured that Paavai will provide with many more motivational speeches to help them come up in their life.The Correspondent of Paavai Institutions felicitated the gathering. In her felicitation she said that women should win the world by knowledge and rule the world by love. She asked the students to do the best and need not prove that they are the best. She also insisted to retain the good attitudes and change the attitudes to be changed. She stated that women should be dare and determinant and their determination should lead them in right path and be a model for the family and the society. She concluded her speech saying that Paavai always treasures women and hence she asserted the students to avoid wrong, accept good, purify the place they live through their moral values and leave the institution as a leading power. Ms. Evanglin Mahiba of I B.Sc Geology introduced the chief guest. The Guest speaker Mr. R.S. Prabhu, JCI senator, National Trainer motivated the students by listing the women who are the winners in Asian Olympic Games 2018. He said that women are expressive and so it is easy to make them understand good values. He asked the students not to suppress their talents at any cost and dream big. Students should be strong in their dreams and if they try they will achieve soon, if not their dreams will take its own time and come out in right time. He also said that the most common problem of women is the lack of confidence and high expectation. He asked the students to think high of themselves and come out of the world of media, as learning through experience is possible only outside. He concluded his speech asking the students to be proud of being women and illuminated the facts ‘Life is not about perfection, it is all about adjusting and understanding’, ‘People doesn’t care what you know, people care what you show’.Ms. P. Keerthiga of III B.Sc. Physics proposed the vote of thanks. The programme ended with the National Anthem.
