Teachers Day was celebrated in Paavai Institutions on 10.09.2018 in the name of “Guru Vanakkam”. The Chairman of Paavai Institutions Shri.CA.N.V.Natarajan presided over the function. As a chief guest Mr.K.Devaraj, professor, Department of Commerce Kanthasamy kandar college, Vellur. The programme began with prayer songs by the students. Miss.Swesika, ECE, gave welcome address to the gathering. Shrimathi.Mangai Natarajan, Correspondent of Paavai Institutions with other other dignitaries has lighted the Kuthuvilakku. Shri.CA.N.V.Natarajan, Chairman, Paavai Institutions, in his speech with the blessings of teachers, elders and culture leading one college in grand passion. Paavai students must respect their parents, teachers and their success is in that. The teachers must guide their students in all aspects with open mindedness which lead them in right path. In this present generation teachers must be the first parents and they have to bring out their good qualities, good attitude and this will be the turning point in their life. He concluded his speech with the ending note that the paavai Teachers must always be the best teachers not only in their profession and they have to serve to the welfare of the society. Dr.C.Satish, Senior principal, Paavai Vidhyashram schools, gave his special address. In his address, he pointed out that our Chairman and Correspondent madam know the educational values and cultural values and they were the best role models to him, to the teachers and the paavai students. He added that student must have to pay their tribute to their teachers. Students must take the guidance of the teachers and they have to travel towards their success. He wished all teachers to be great teachers in their service. Then the students saluted their teachers with the great respect and affection by performing padha pooja. Dr.K.K.Ramasamy, Director, Paavai Institutions, All Directors, Deans, Principals, Paavai Allen Team, Heads of various departments, Professors and students graced the occasion.
