The 14th graduation ceremony for the graduates of Paavai Educational Institutions including Paavai Engineering College, Paavai College of Engineering, Pavai college of Technology, Pavai Arts and Science colleges. Shri. CA.N.V. Natarajan, The Chairman, Paavai Educational Institutions, presided over the inaugural function. Dr.P.Kulanthaivel, Vice chancellor, Periyar University, was the chief guest of the day. Smt. Mangai Natarajan, The Correspondent, Paavai Institutions, lighted the kuthuvilakku along with the dignitaries on the dias. Dr.M.Premkumar, The Principal, Paavai Engineering College, welcomed the gathering.The chief guest, in his keynote address, said, “ I am happy on seeing the graduates of Paavai Institutions who had got the opportunity to undergo world class education in high quality structure at the beautiful environment. Education and agriculture are important for all human beings as they are the vital sources of the country’s development. Countries like Japan and Germany with small landscapes and more natural disasters have recovered and achieved great growth in short term only because of Education. The best way to deal with problems and obstacles in our lives is our subtle knowledge. So, by getting degree today, begin to travel towards the new goal. Act as constructive thinkers. Make your identity and become the expert in your field so that you can make yourself a prosperous India and lead to development in the world. Be always with positive thoughts. Do not give-up on self confidence and perseverance. Congratulations to you all greatness of life”. All the graduates were awarded with degree certificates whereas the university rank holders and department toppers were awarded with gold and silver medals. Earlier, The chairman and Secretary, Paavai Institutions, presented the memento and bouquet to the chief guest. Followingly, all the new graduates were made to accept the convocation pledge. The Vice Chairman – Thiru Manisekaran, Secretary – Thiru Palanivel, Director Administrations -Dr.K.K.Ramasamy, Director Admissions – Thiru K.Senthil, Director Placements and Training – Thiru Srinivasan, Principals, Heads of various Departments, Faculty members, students and parents were present in the valedictory session of the graduation ceremony.
