Microsoft Innovation Centre (MIC) at Paavai Institutions had arranged for an event entitled “Getting Inside with Microsoft Azure – Learn to Manage Traffic on Server Machines, Cross Platform and Storage” on 18.08.2017 which is the starting event for the academic year 2017 – 2018. Around five technical speakers were invited to deliver talk among students in which some of the speakers were our internal resource. The event started with an inaugural address by Mr. Srinivasan, Director – Placement and Training, followed by the introduction of Speakers by Mr. G.Anwar Basha, Coordinator, MIC. Mr. Srinivasan, in his talk, asked the students not only attend the workshop but also to utilize the Innovation Centre effectively and practice what they will be learning for the whole day. He also informed them that there are lot of learning opportunities in Microsoft technology in the forthcoming weeks/months. Around 130 students of various academic streams participated enthusiastically in an urge to learn about Microsoft Azure. The speakers shared more technical knowledge and made the sessions more interactive one. The session ended with vote of thanks by Mr.V. Ravindra Krishna Chandar, Centre In-charge, MIC and students were given links of websites where they can download the materials what they have learnt in sessions for more clarity.
