On behalf of our Paavai Institutions, our students have organized blood donation camp on the banner of Youth Red Cross. Mr. Rajandran BHS, from Rasipuram Government Hospital has come as Chief Guest. And our most respected Principal Dr.M.Preamkumar, has come and enlightened our camp.
Our dignitaries are welcomed by the student Ms.M.Monika (III – B.Tech – IT) of Paavai Engineering College. In the meanwhile, our chief guest is asked to give his keynote address about the awareness of the blood donation.
Our chief guest started his speech about the blood donation camp. He told that our Paavai Institutions are always in the motivation of some social parameters and mostly in blood donation. He also highlighted the point that, “of all the donations, blood donation is the best”, and also asked each and every youth council to create and donate the blood spontaneously. By donating blood very often, the person can be more active than a normal person. This should be insisted with all the youth’s present in the current scenario.
The most important point that the chief guest pointed out is that, a man can give his blood 4 times in a year and 144 times in his lifetime. In the blood donation camp, the Rasipuram and Namakkal Government Hospitals participated and collected the blood.
Our staff Mr.Saravanakumar, YRC Coordinator and Mr.Rathanakumar, NSS Coordinator helped a lot. This blood donation camp has ended by the vote of thanks given by Ms.N.Ramya (II-B.Tech – IT) of Paavai Engineering College.
