The inauguration of B.Ed., first year was held on 14.11. 2022 at Pragathi Hall, Paavai College of Engineering. The programme started with the prayer song followed by the lighting of kuthuvilakku by Smt. Mangai Natrajan , Correspondent, Paavai institutions along with the dignitaries and students. Dr. M. Premkumar, Principal, Paavai Engineering college, welcomed the gathering.
The function started with the mantras for the goddesses. The presidential address was given by the Chairman Shri.CA N. V. NATARAJAN. He emphasized the qualities of a good teacher. Later, the Correspondent, Smt.Mangai Natarajan gave her felicitation address. In her address, she pointed out the salient features and uniqueness of Paavai Institutions. Finally, the vote of thanks was given by Paavai College of Education Principal in- charge, Mrs. P. Poongothai.
Later, the Padha Pooja, a tradition followed to reverence our elders, were held. The students and parents were prepared accordingly and Chairman sir explained the importance of the Padha Pooja and the students were actively involved in the Pooja. The function was ended with National Anthem.
