An award ceremony was held at Paavai Educational Institutions to honor the winners of the Paavai Talent Examination. Shri CA N. V. Natarajan, the Chairman of Paavai Educational Institutions, presided over the event.
Mrs. C. Jayalakshmi, Dean Counselling of Paavai Educational Institutions, delivered the welcome address and warmly greeted everyone. Mrs. Mangai Natarajan, the Correspondent of Paavai Educational Institutions, extended her felicitations and spread positive vibrations and energised the audience with her power packed messages.
Following this, Shri CA N. V. Natarajan, Chairman of Paavai Educaitonal Institutions, delivered his keynote address. In his speech, he expressed joy in seeing young students participating and receiving prizes in the talent exam at such a young age. “When I was a 17-year-old student like you, I had a dream — that very dream has today materialized into the Paavai Educational Institutions. If you too channel your time and energy in the right direction, you can become achievers. To succeed, you must have a clear goal, a proper plan, and a strong work ethic,” he said.
He further advised the students to follow six key principles to sustain success:
He emphasized that by adhering to these principles, one can always remain successful. He cited examples of Paavai students achieving consistent success — such as winning the “Champion of Champions” title in Anna University’s sports division for eight consecutive years and securing the top rank in national-level internships for eight years. He urged students not to be swayed by societal changes and instead pursue their dreams with determination.
He also advised students to use mobile phones only for productive purposes, to respect their parents, elders, and teachers — noting that a society that values these individuals will always be a successful one. He concluded by wishing all students great success in reaching new heights in life.
Following the speeches, a total of 120 students from 10th and 12th grades, hailing from districts such as Salem, Namakkal, Karur, and Trichy, who succeeded in the Paavai Talent Examination, were awarded ₹2,500 in cash prizes and certificates each.
The event concluded gracefully with a vote of thanks by Dr. K. K. Ramasamy, Director (Administration) of Paavai Educational Institutions.
The event was attended by Mr. Senthil, Director (Admissions), Dr. Ezhili, Principal of Paavai Women’s Arts and Science College, heads of departments, professors, students, and parents.
