The Annual Day celebration of Paavai Educational Institutions was held in a grand manner at Kalpana Chawla Open Theatre on 28.02.26. The programme began with an invocation and Tamil Thai Vazhthu. Shri CA. N. V. Natarajan, Founder and Chairman of Paavai Educational Institutions, presided over the function. The Chief Guest of the event was Shri Anand Megalingam, Founder and CEO, Space Zone India Private Limited, Chennai. Dr. M. Premkumar, Principal, Paavai Engineering College, presented the Annual Report highlighting the academic achievements and activities of all the institutions under the Paavai umbrella.
In his presidential address, the Chairman, stated that the dedication and discipline shown by the students were truly admirable. He noted that the event reflected the achievements and activities of the past year. He also emphasized the importance of upgrading skills in line with technological advancements. For this purpose, Paavai Innovation Centre, a skill development initiative has been established with centres of excellence in our institution. In addition, our institution has signed Memorandums of Understanding with various foreign universities. To succeed, one must follow certain principles such as clear goals, the right path, perseverance, hard work, discipline and a faith in God. When you consistently follow these principles, you will certainly become successful individuals.
Mr. Anand Megalingam, the Chief Guest, advised the students to manage their time, money, opportunities and efforts effectively, to achieve in their life. He motivated the students to think positively and strive for continuous success. After achieving your goals, use your talents for the development of the nation. Instead of focusing only on opportunities abroad, he advised to ruminate on how they can contribute to the progress of the country. Be open to new ideas, with clear vision and perspectives in education, work and business. Learn to work both independently and as part of a team, and handle each and every task with care. Accomplishments are possible only through great dedication. Do not be discouraged by failures; Remember that consistent effort, dedication, hard work and discipline will help you overcome failures and achieve success.
Students presented colourful cultural performances during the celebration. The programme concluded with the Vote of Thanks delivered by Mrs. Mangai Natarajan, Correspondent of Paavai Educational Institutions. The event was attended by the management members, Directors, Principals, faculty members, parents, and students.
