Placement Day 2025 was celebrated at Paavai Educational Institutions on 25th April 2025 with great enthusiasm and pride. Shri CA. N. V. Natarajan, Founder & Chairman of Paavai Educational Institutions, presided over the function and delivered the keynote address. The event was graced by Ms. Sangeetha Flora, Founder and Director of TLC Cornerstone, as the special guest.
The event began with a welcome address by Mr. Ajmal Thahseen, a third-year student from the Cyber Security Department, Paavai Engineering College, who warmly welcomed the dignitaries and the gathering.
Following this, the special guest Ms. Sangeetha Flora delivered an inspiring and motivating speech. She expressed her happiness in witnessing students of Paavai Educational Institutions receiving job offers and urged them to continue learning in today’s competitive world. She emphasized that lifelong learning is key to personal and professional growth. She pointed out that many companies now expect candidates to possess international certifications along with academic qualifications.
She encouraged students to strengthen their foundation in science and technology, adapt to the workplace culture and environment, and implement innovative ideas. Furthermore, she stressed the importance of improving English proficiency, enhancing communication skills, and embracing challenges to stay ahead in their careers.
Smt. Mangai Natarajan, Correspondent of Paavai Educational Institutions, delivered the felicitation address, appreciating the achievements of the students and the collective efforts of the faculty.
The Chairman of Paavai Educational Institutions presented mementos to the special guests as a token of appreciation.
In a proud moment, the special guest and the Chairman jointly presented job orders to over 4,389 students, who secured placements in leading companies such as Tech Mahindra, Hexaware, HCL, Wipro, CTS, TCS, and many others.
The event concluded with the vote of thanks delivered by Ms. G. Sumathini Sri, a third-year Computer Engineering student of Paavai Engineering College.
