The Inauguration and Installation of office Bearers of All Associations (2024-25) was held at Paavai Engineering College on 22nd January 2025. The inaugural session commenced with an invocation followed by Tamil Thai Vazhthu. Smt. Mangai Natarajan, Correspondent of Paavai Institutions, lit the kuthuvilaku along with other dignitaries.
In his presidential address, Shri CA N.V. Natarajan, Chairman of Paavai Institutions, shared his valuable insights on the roles and responsibilities of leadership. He addressing the newly elected office bearers, the Chairman highlighted the significance of their positions and the expectations placed upon them. The event was attended by the Director of Admissions, Director of Administration, Principals, Deans, Controller of Examinations, Heads of various departments, faculty members, students of Paavai Institutions.
The Guest Speaker Mr.Singai G Ramachandran, Founder: The Social Media Company, Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, begins with a presentation acknowledging the outgoing office bearers and their achievements. The incoming office bearers are then introduced, outlining their roles and responsibilities. They take a solemn oath, pledging their commitment to their duties, followed by a formal handover of responsibilities. The newly installed leader delivers an acceptance speech, sharing gratitude and outlining their vision for the future.
Words of encouragement are offered by senior members or advisors, emphasizing the expectations and aspirations for the new leadership. A keynote address may follow, offering insights or inspiration aligned with the organization’s goals. The event concludes with a vote of thanks, expressing gratitude to all participants, and may end with a national anthem, group photograph, or refreshments, fostering a sense of camaraderie and celebration. This ceremony not only signifies a transition of leadership but also sets the stage for achieving collective goals with renewed energy and commitment. The session concluded with a vote of thanks by Ms.R.Swetha, a third-year CSE student, followed by the National Anthem.
