The inauguration and installation of office bearers of various associations of Paavai Institutions was held on 09.08.2023 at Anandha Arangam. The programme commenced with invocation followed with Tamilthaivazithu. In the presidential address, Chairman, Paavai Institutions insisted on ownership, commitment, dedication that every leader should possess. He also illuminated the audience with a story that focused on a mother who was keen in saving her child despite many hurdles. He also urged the students to understand their roles and responsibilities of their position and do their duties to the fullest form. He also mentioned the leadership traits possessed by different leaders like knowledge, wisdom, love, and affection.
Mr.Chandirasegarane Sridarane, Associate Director, Engagement Delivery Lead, Cognizant Technology solutions, Coimbatore was the Chief guest. He inaugurated the association for the academic year 2023-2024. He elucidated on the key corporate attributes – Knowledge, Skills, Attitude and Continuous learning that all students must possess for the growth of their career. He also emphasized on accountability and responsibility in the workplace. Importance of online certifications and programming languages like .NET, JAVA, ORACLE were also stressed as a part of his keynote address.
Newly elected members of the various associations – Secretary, Joint Secretary and Treasurer were inducted with batches and arm bands which was followed with a pledge and bestowment of responsibilities to uphold the dignity of the student’s community, Institution, and the society. The occasion was graced by the Correspondent, Paavai Institutions who highlighted on trustworthiness and on being empathetic. Paavai always caters pathways for its students to enhance their skills for achieving success in their desired career for which this ceremony is an exemplar. Earlier Ms.V.Shanmathi, Final year ECE welcomed the gathering, and the vote of thanks was given by M.J Safa Fareen of final year BME. Directors, Deans, Principals of Paavai Institutions, Heads of various departments, faculty members and around 2000 students attended the programme.
