An Awareness Programme for the schools and college drivers of Namakkal district was held on 30.08.2022 at Anandha Arangam auditorium. Shri.CA.N.V.Natarajan, Chairman Paavai Institutions gave a welcome address. Shri.P.Suresh, Deputy Transport commissioner, Erode gave a special address. In his address, he explained various rules and regulations of road safety and the nature of accidents and the techniques to avoid accidents.
Shri C.Suresh, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Namakkal explained the various rules regarding traffic and Road safety. He elaborated the techniques of driving and pre-requisite of the drivers. Shri.S.Periyasamy, sub inspector of schools, Namakkal delivered his talk on awareness on traffic and road safety. He explained the importance of license and other documents required for a driver.
Shri. Narasimha Mani from Driving Needs Academy gave a talk on self-defense and techniques of safety driving. He has shown a video on awareness on road safety and traffic control. Shri.Murugan, local transport department, Namakkal, proposed vote of thanks. The programme ended with National Anthem.
