Paavai Engineering college affiliated to Anna University, Chennai, has been accredited with ‘A’ Grade by National Assessment and Accreditation council

Paavai Engineering College, affiliated to Anna University, Chennai, has been awarded ‘A’ grade by NAAC, which is an autonomous institution of University Grants Commission(UGC). The Peer Team headed by Prof. Beela Satyanarayana, Vice-Chancellor, Andhra University, Visakapattinam, as chair person, Dr. Benny Mathews Abraham, Professor of Civil Engineering, School of Engineering, Cochin University of Science and Technology, Kochi, as member Co-Ordinator, Dr.P.C.Chaubey, Joint Director SQAC, Dept of Higher Education, New Raipur, as a member assessed the performance of Paavai Engineering College on Jan 5th,6th and 7th 2015, in terms of criterion- wise inputs such as Curricular aspects, Teaching-Learning and Evaluation, Research Consultancy and Extension, Infrastructure and Learning Resources, Student support and Progression, Governance, Leadership and Management, Innovative and Best Practices. The institutional vision, contribution, Leadership, Academic efforts, Teacher quality, Excellent Infrastructure, Maintenance of campus facilities, Learning resources, Placement initiatives, research, All India Inter-University level champions in sports and games,student support programs, guidance & counseling community engagement, environment consciousness and the best practices prevailing in Paavai Engineering college enabled the institution to achieve a place of prominence and be accredited with ‘A’Grade by NAAC.
