National Service Scheme, Paavai Engineering College, Young Indians, Salem, Indian Women Network and Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), Salem Chapter jointly celebrated the 150th Birthday of Gandhiji in the college premises on 13th September 2019. Thiru Abisek Rajveer, Vice President, CII-Salem Chapter, was the chief guest for the function. Shri.CA.N.V.Natarajan, Chairman, Paavai Educational Institutions, presided over the function.With the guidance of Kalaimamani Mrs.Malathi Selvam, NSS volunteers, Paavai engineering college sketched the face of Gandhiji (size 20 X 15 feet) with color Rangoli powder. It was opened by ribbon cut by Shri.CA.N.V.Natarajan, Chairman, Paavai Educational Institutions. The Chairman insisted the students to follow Gandhism in their life. The students took the pledge to follow the policies of Gandhiji.
