Conference on “Emerging Trends in Leadership 4.0 and Digital Transformation”

The Department of Management Studies successfully organized a conference on “Emerging Trends – Leadership 4.0: Evolving Management for the Digital Era” under the guidance of our esteemed Chairman Sir and Madam Correspondent. The event focused on the transformation of leadership styles in the rapidly advancing digital age, emphasizing innovation, adaptability, and the integration of technology in organizational growth.

The conference featured distinguished speakers, including Dr. S. S. Jeyaraj, M.Com., M.Phil., HDCM., DNCC., Ph.D., from Sino-British College, Guangxi Minzu University, China, who shared valuable global insights on digital leadership and the future of work, and Dr. Elgin Alexander, MBA., M.Phil., Ph.D., from Saintgits Group of Institutions, Kerala, who delivered an engaging session on the relevance of Leadership 4.0 in the Indian context.

The event received an overwhelming response, with 172 research articles submitted and 415 participants joining both online and offline modes from prestigious institutions, including Crandall University, University of Roehampton, University of Toronto, Heidelberg University, Anna University, Karunya University, SRM Institute of Science and Technology, T. John College, Info College of Engineering, Hindustan College of Technology, PSNA College of Engineering, Kongu Engineering College, and Vellalar College of Engineering and Technology, among others.

The conference served as a vibrant platform for knowledge exchange, discussion, and collaboration, empowering participants to become visionary leaders in the digital era.
